With out putting too much personal info out there on a public forum I really need to know why $3000 is missing from my tax returns. I have no offsets. I’ve contacted the irs to confirm this. And I paid for the service when I filed (it wasn’t taking TurboTax filing fees out of my refund, I’ve already paid you for your services) And yet I’m missing $3000. I need someone for further assistance because getting someone on the phone or email something. It is like trying to talk to the president of the United States on the phone.
