You cannot get a copy of the agreement after the initial setup. The copy is sent by mail which can take up to 22 days or more after submitting your income tax and/or applying for the payment plan. I believe there is an option you can select when you first submit it to download a copy of the agreement. There is no "Agreement Package" available for download through your online portal.
