Yes. Wait until you receive the notice of explanation from the IRS. IRS will follow-up with a Notice. That notice will provide explanations and contact information.
You will have an opportunity to address this issue. This is filing season and the IRS is severely back logged over the past two years from issuing Stimulus payments. Chances of speaking to anyone on the phone is remote for now.
All is not loss. Sometimes, the system at the IRS will correct the issue based on information they have. Wait for the notice.
