Didn't receive full refund 2022

For the 2022 filing year, we included our child born in 2021 as a dependent, meaning we should receive a $1400 stimulus credit. However, the IRS amended our refund amount to exclude the $1400. We haven't received the letter from them yet, but the reasons listed on Where's My Refund are:

Wrong last name

Wrong SSN

Wrong birthdate (age ineligible)

Income exceeds the amount for stimulus money

Amount computed incorrectly

I have double checked our return and our child's name, DOB, and SSN are all correct. Gross income is below the benchmark $150,000 for married filing jointly, and the amount is correct as computed in our return. I've tried calling the IRS numerous times only to have my calls dropped over and over again due to "high call volume". I've tried to make an appointment at our local IRS office only to have my call again dropped due to "high call volume". Is there any straightforward way to resolve this without call spamming the IRS and having to navigate my way through their very convoluted options?
