This topic fits my situation, return was $39 less than I was expecting. I was never informed that there would be an additional fee for paying turbo tax with my return. If I had been made aware of it I would have just used my credit card and paid for it upfront. I feel like this was not adequately presented to the consumer. I never received a notice of fees associated with using this service as is indicated by this statement "We'll display the fees, if any, when you get ready to file." taken from the help topic for here:
