@JonesS, I submitted a ticket through their site at the “Submit a ticket” section (many times), and also emailed them at ctfax at sbtpg dot com. Also many times. Calling was a waste of my time, I never once actually spoke with anyone. 

I hope you get this worked out soon. Blow their email up every day. I’m certain they have your funds based on everyone else’s experience and if your own routing/account numbers were correct, then they need to release your funds from their holding account. What an awful company, I’m so sorry you’ve had np resolution yet.
