After you file

Do not worry, your situation is very common and can be fixed.

You will need to amend the return that you filed to include the additional W-2.  It is best to wait until your original return has been processed before you amend so that the IRS is only dealing with one return from you at a time.  This means that when you get your refund you should hold on to it in case the additional W-2 causes you to pay some of it back.  That is not always the case, in fact, you may receive an additional refund when you include the additional W-2.

It is important to heed the advice of Champ xmasbaby0 and do not go into your TurboTax return to start changing things before you are ready to amend your return.  You need to start with the return exactly as it was originally filed when you begin the amending process.
