I have already filed my taxes for 2021. I did not receive a economic stimulus payment in 2021 so I marked no when filing my taxes. The IRS says I did. Help?

I checked my bank account and I did not receive the payment. What do I do to claim this credit since I already filed? Why is their Letter 6475 wrong?
