And the pas off to TPG from TurboTax is a joke. We understand that you may not have access to anything from TPG but that doesn't really matter to us. Its your liability to fulfill the order TurboTax, its not OUR responsibility to contact YOUR third party YOU chose to use. Thats on YOU. My lawyer is requesting an additional hardship at the minimum and we plan to use that money not for legal expenses ( as my lawyer and I have a close relationship ) but for marketing against TurboTax. No way can someone pass off liability like this and be dealing with peoples money. Will actively contribute court proceedings towards a marketing campaign to slander TurboTax name as your time should be done this is hot garbage. When the IRS is more reliable than you, that's a serious issue
