I recently prepared my free TurboTax 2021 for both federal and for the state of Oklahoma. Just before I was to e-file, I was given a Question that said "How did you file taxes last year? Your records showed I had filed as Married filing joint . I have a copy of the actual e-file which shows I e-filed both the Fed and State as single and it was accepted by both the IRS for the Fed return and the Oklahoma state return. Additionally, I requested from the IRS a copy of my transcript for 2020. It states that I did indeed file as single and was excepted. YOUR DATA BASE IS IN ERROR. I CAN NOT E-FILE UNTIL YOU CORRECT THE MISTAKE. CALL ME AT [phone number removed]NOW!
