After you file

If you want the Audit Defense you originally purchased, if the charge went through it should already be in the works at the company that handles that.  But you can get a refund if you don't want it at all.

If you want to keep it, you could possibly decline the purchase of it the second time around and then file.  We can tell you how not to select it..  If you don't want it at all, I can tell you how to contact the company that handles it (intuit.taxaudit.com) and request a refund.  Here's their contact page:

Where the form asks what product you are using, be sure in the dropdown menu to indicate "CD/download" and the proper operating system, then indicate which Edition.
