OK Everyone. I was one of the peoples who refund was "held" since Feb 24th as I was informed I needed to confirm my identity, yet when trying to do so they didnt recognize my social security number. I just checked my account and not sure if it was the constant emails or what, but money got deposited today. So my advice is to bombard them with emails and be patient at the same time? I never once got an email back from them or any phone call. They just held my money for 8 days and then decided to send it. Makes no sense. I am starting to believe they are holding our money to make interest profit for themselves from it. Why else would they hold money and send it out of nowhere. Good Luck all!
