So I don't know about anyone else. My frustration levels are just through the roof. Not only with the irs but with turbo as well. I pay for the extra help and the audit protection and so on. It is getting frustrating sewing all the talk of everything and there is no one to help. Not irs or any of the experts or even turbo tax themselves. There has got to be a way to get answers and no one seems to be trying to help you get them. I feel ripped off for what I payed for these guys to help me with doing my taxes. And I can only imagine what the headache of getting a refund from turbo would be. And with anyone I've seen use a personal tax preparer get their refund already and not deal with these issues, I am just fed up, and just can't do it to myself to come back to this service any longer.
