You can amend your return for free in TurboTax to enter the missing form 1099-B. You will see an option for this when you log into TurboTax on your Tax Home screen, under Your tax return and documents. You should wait until your return is processed and you have your refund, if any, before you prepare an amended return in TurboTax.
