After you file
Not to worry. Provided you used 100% of the HSA for medical reasons it will not make any difference on your tax return.
Because you owe money, you will not be delaying a refund. You can file the amended return, but when the question is asked, "did you make the payment for your taxes", you will have to say no.
On the other hand, because there is no change to the taxes, you can do nothing. At worst, the IRS would send you a letter requesting the HSA statement, and a statement that you did use it all for medical reasons.
Finally, there is no rush to file the amended return. You have 3 years from April 15th, 2022 to file it.
