I know that it was sent to TPG... My question is, Why have I not recieved my money yet??? They got it on the 15th of Feb, and it is now the 3rd of March... Makes NO sense. They said they mailed me a check on the 17th... Im sorry, but it does not take 2 weeks for mail to arrive. They are giving me the run around and holding my money. I know they collect interest on everyones money at the bank, and it is wrong for them to hold my money. I will never use Turbo Tax again because the Bank they chose is fraudulent, and I have turned the bank and Turbo Tax into the IRS and the better business bureau. Turbo Tax use to be GREAT. The last 2 years, they do not care about the customers. They only care about the money! It is wrong. Takes forever to figure out how to talk to an actual human, and even then, they are NO help what so ever. Very Sad!!
