my ex let his parents falsely claim my child as a dependent, me and my ex have joint custody, he is the custodian and im the non custodian, the ex owes back child support for other kids with other women. like by ALOT.. so instead oh him claiming our child he got his parents to wrongfully claim my son so he could get the money from them instead of paying his morale oligations hes cheating the system, now i paid for more than half of the childs needs then he did but our son spent more days with him. now i didnt sign any paperwork releasing my write as the other parents permission to claim him. i legally have rights to this right? ive already filed and its been submitted without claiming my son, however i REALLY want to amend it and get this taken care of what do i do??????
