After you file
I understand what you are saying but the information I put into the system was accurate so no I do believe it is an error in the software and when I receive my letter will be in contact because my refund is 100% guaranteed by what your website says and I had to pay for the deluxe which I did not have to last year so it cost me almost $200 to file this year and will probably be my last if they do not hold up to there honor of guaranteed. I gave all correct info turbotax needs to verify there software with the IRS it is not us. But thank you for your response it is not you it is turbotax
