My previous employer deducted FICA for 2018 and 2019 by accident while I was under F-1. What is the process of getting that refunded? I assume I have to file form 843 since the money is held by IRS at the moment. After Getting the money refunded, do I need to file anything else? Thanks for your help. I appreciate it!!
