I also received the same rejection. This is definitely a turbo issue they fill out the 8962 form wrong and we cannot change it. I have worked with three different agents and no one can help fix the issue they told me to just mail in my return. When I ask why would I mail in a return that is wrong they have no answer. I went to another online service and filed with no issues. When I compared the 8962 forms they were completely different. So this is a turbo issue.
