I am missing about $600 dollars from my tax refund and it shows as TPG. After reviewing my tax record, the IRS issued my refund for the amount I was suppose to receive so I know that I do not owe them. How do I go about receiving my full refund? I tried contacting Turbo to explain however I was told that I probably owed the IRS and to contact them however I do not. Also, I didn’t authorized any other products/services.
