My federal return for amending process has not yet come but I would like to amend it immediately(1040-X->1040-NR). Who should I forward these forms to?

I'm a J1 visa holder and I mistakenly filed it through TurboTax. I've filled all the forms 1040-X and 1040-NR. But I'm not sure who do I send it to.
