So I think its different state by state, but for me I just had to resubmit my taxes online and it went through. It told me I'd need to submit via mail, but I had a "live expert" walk me through everything to make sure it was good (didnt make any changes) and then I submitted it, and within a few hours I received confirmation that both federal and state were accepted. So I'd just to submit it online again, and if that doesn't work then try chatting with someone from TurboTax (:
