Clarification to original questions asked. We are not eligible to claim him. I did not realize that at his age he had to be a full time student in order to claim him. He is not a student but still lives at home and we pay for pretty much everything to support him. He has a full time job though. Just making sure I helped with his taxes and hoping I didn’t screw him out of a bigger refund by thinking we could claim him and selecting that choose on his tax. It wasn’t until working on my own taxes that I realized I couldn’t claim him.
