I live in Florida and won 10000 on a 1 dollar gold rush supreme. I haven't received a w-2g, what do I do?

I paid 2400 in taxes before I ever saw a cent, will I get any of this back? If I helped a few friends with anywhere between 100-3000 do I claim that as charity?
