@vtucker0712 I’d already did mine the end of last year to see my CTC payments and to set up my direct deposit. I had to do a video call with one of the reps because they couldn’t see my State ID Card (blurry). Just go to the signup link for ID.Me at IRS.gov and follow prompts. If it fails through your initial request, then request a call verification when prompted to. Hope this helps🤞🏾🙂
