If I accidentally listed I never received the $1,400 stimulus but I actually did do I have to amend my taxes later on or will the IRS send them back for me to fix ?

I’ve already received my state taxes however I haven’t received my federal. I feel as if I checked I didn’t receive it but I don’t remember and have no way of checking to my knowledge. I filed on January 24th
