I called last night a little after 5:35pm and the lady on the phone just told me that i was getting a heavier refund and needed to wait a bit longer. However when i received an email from them , The agent was able to explain that an adjustment had to be made which was why mine was taking a bit longer.
i just found it very weird because I’ve never experienced this issue before with my taxes . I’ll be using another website to file my taxes next year because this is beyond ridiculous.
