If you have not filed, here are the steps (online):
- Sign into your account, select Take me to my return
- To the right upper corner, in the search box, type in “1099r” and Enter
- Next screen, Your 1099-R Entries, under the "Paid By" select the one you need to correct and Edit
- Follow prompts
