It depends. To clarify, what Turbo Tax form is not being supported because as RobertB4444 mentioned, AZ form 310 is available in Turbo Tax Online.
Yes, you can amend your AZ state Tax return to claim the credit. The bad news is that if you try to begin the amendment process in Turbo Tax Online you will need to wait until 03/26 to begin the amendment process. This is because the federal amendment form is not available yet and the program will not let you just amend the state return.
The only solution is to purchase a Turbo Tax Software program because you do have an option to specifically prepare a state amended return. I don't know if you wish to go this route because you will need to pay for the Software Download in addition to paying for the Online Deluxe product.
