@drj311 - exactly the same!!! I had 1 bar, then went to the delay message, then went to an error message and now back to the delay message - all while the transcript is a big fat nothing. I received my state refund earlier this week. I did claim my adult daughter's educational expenses, but not in the form of a child credit. This is insane, and each year it gets progressively worse. I know it's not one individual persons fault, however, there are some of us who depend on these refunds for our kids college payments & expenses not covered by financial aid.
