I efiled on 1/31/22. IRS excepted my return the same day. On 2/2/22 I received the PATH message. I checked to see if a transcript was available and they were there. On my Account Transcript I see my refund amount near the top. I also see a Cycle code of 20220503. It also says As of February 21, 2022. Is 2/21/22 the date of when they are going to process my return or could that be my refund date? I know anyone that has EIC or ACTC can't be issued a refund until after 2/15/22.
