After you file
I am having the same problem. After about three minutes of messages, I get the message that due to high call volume I should call back another time. No option for getting a call back, no queue to join, just a message instructing me to call back "another time." Someone suggested going in person to the nearest IRS office with the letter and materials requested. This option is not mentioned in the LTR 4883C letter I received. Any suggestions?
