Same issue here (2021 filing).
This is an issue with the NY Tax Refund site not people putting in the wrong information.
Seems like they have a backlog for getting them into the system after accepting the return.
Last year took around 10 days after acceptance as a guide for it to show up on the site.
Until then you will also get this error - I tend to re try once every 24 hours to check on progress..
The information entered doesn't match the amount on your New York State return. Please verify that you are entering the same information that was reported on your New York State return. If the information doesn't match this time, you will be unable to use this service for 24 hours. See Understanding your refund status on our website.
