Leave the spaces blank for those months when you were not covered. This should resolve your issue.
To edit your 1095-A form:
- Open your tax return, in the search box, type 1095-a and hit Enter key, select Jump to 1095-a link
- Remove the zeroes in the rows with only zeroes.
