Same, my amended return for 2020 was received May 17th 2021 and still nothing. I recently called them and the agent said it was assigned on May 17th to an employee and they haven’t gotten to it because they are so backlogged. Wow to have something sit on someone’s desk for almost a year and they still didn’t complete it. There’s no accountability at the irs. I don’t want to hear it’s bc of COVID. To have tax returns take over a year to process is unacceptable.
