I got a letter in the mail in like November/December stating that I was getting an additional $1615 refund (from the recalculating of unemployment wages i thought). It has yet to show up and in my accoun and t it doesnt say that a payment is pending or processing. Am i reading it wrong maybe and it instead says I underpaid??? My account balance shows -$1615. I have attached a photo. Thanks in advance
