Where was the option for an alternate email?

I unlinked my accounts

logged out

didn't work

updated my emails so they were the same

logged out

didn't work

I changed my email address on turbotax and credit karma.. still not working

 

***Also, i had to verify my identity with credit karma... that was successful, I was able to open money spend and money save accounts..

BUT when I try to file for the advance and it leaves the turbotax site and goes to credit karma I still get the identity verification error 

I have refreshed browsers, cleared cookies and called and emailed both turbotax and credit karma repeatedly 

this is exhausting
