Never got my refund adv, got email on the 8th to log in revisit my tax and i could click to adv, and still get it. was told today its to late. they just sent email. upset

its not my fault they just sent the email. i got the papers where it says im getting it.  Now i dont  get the refund due to their error. very disappointed. i will be filing taxes somewhere else next year.
