I filed a complaint today with the BBB against the bank that TT uses to collect fees. Unfortunately because of my experience with this bank I will no longer be doing business with TT - while TT has been good to work with SBTPG has been awful - their customer service agents are rude and most of them can’t give you any details or the information changes from person to person. They are holding refunds when their website clearly states they do not do that - clients are receiving refunds on time and they even hung up on me twice. Sorry TT but I think you should find a new bank to business with.
