If he continues to be a student, he is your qualifying child until he turns 24, yes. The amount of his income will not matter as long as he is not providing at least half of his own support. You don't claim his SSDI under any circumstance on your return. If he has a return, the SSDI may be included on his return, but it is very likely that it will not be taxable on his return either.
