I know of 2 people close to me who BOTH have dependents and claimed the EIC credit on their taxes who received refunds last week, and the week before. HOW is this possible prior to 2/15/22???? According to the PATH Act, this should be an impossible scenario. Neither claim to have taken the Credit Karma loan option.
