Why did I not receive my refund advance? I spoke with an expert on the phone and they are unable to help. It is not just me having this issue.
The expert said the system does not show I applied for one. I have a copy of my tax documents that says I did apply on the first page, I agreed to consent for the refund advance. I never received an email denial or approval, it's as if it never sent it through the system. We get this advance every year, but this year it appears this new company may be causing a glitch for many of us. Credit Karma said to contact TurboTax, but Turbo Tax can not help.
