After you file
As stated by Champ DoninGA, if you received additional tax documents reporting income for 2021 after you filed your 2021 tax return, then you will have to amend your return to include the additional income.
That being said, your Federal Form 1040 should not show any employer name on the return. Only the income is reported on your actual Federal tax forms. Certain states do show an employer name as part of their tax return, so that may be where you are seeing Doordash listed. As you went through your state return you probably entered Doordash as your current employer even though you had not entered income from that work.
If you had income reported on two W-2s and that is what you entered into your return before you filed it, then later you will need to amend your return to include your Doordash income reported on Form 1099-NEC.
The income reported on Form 1099-NEC is considered to be self-employment income because you are working as an independent contractor for Doordash and not their employee. You will need to add Schedule C to your tax return when you do the amended return. You will claim your 1099-NEC income and also any related expenses that you had based on the work you performed.
