Responders, please read carefully. I have purchased turbotax deluxe from Amazon. Did my taxes. My name first as always. Been doing my own taxes for 40 years now. Married file jointly, my name first!! Tried to efile, was rejected. Your software says the IRS cannot identify Renee (spouse) and please enter her correct AGI. The AGI is correct. Yes, I know where to find it. The trouble is your software should be sending the electronic filing under MY name. Then the IRS would find the AGI is a match. Why is the software putting her first when I try file?
