Your desktop software is putting my wife's name first and the irs rejects our agi because it can't find her

I use desktop turbotax deluxe bought from Amazon. No errors found. E-filed. Rejected for wrong AGI, but AGI is correct. the turbotax software keeps telling me to correct the agi for Renee. That is my wife. We always filed taxes with my name first. Why is the software switching the names when we efile? The IRS can't confirm an agi for my wife. It's in my name, my ssn. I can't reach a live rep. The recording tells me I used the free service so I need to pay 30 bucks for help, but I did not use the free service. I bought the software for home desktop. I can't get this fixed.
