I called support but all they did was resubmit the same form in which case I received a 'case closed' email minutes after hanging up with customer support. Then I learn there are no phone numbers dealing with Turbotax the product. The phone numbers are for Tax questions.

Is my refund denied or approved? If it's 60 day guaranteed satisfaction, I should get it, but it says nothing as you can see. If it takes a few days to get the refund back (which it has been now and I don't see it), they should at least state that in the 'case closed' email.
