After you file

@MayaD , I am a single mother filing head of household. Myself and my two kids have NEVER had insurance through the marketplace. I have had insurance coverage through my employer for over 20 years. The Marketplace has no record of me nor my two children because as previously stated, we have NEVER had insurance through the marketplace.

Is it possible that this is an error on Turbo Tax side since this seems to be triggered by by the question in the "Deductions & Credits" section of the return. Why does it not save when someone selects "No, I didn't receive Form 1095-A".  The reason the IRS is thinking we have a missing form is because Turbotax is not allowing us to answer NO that we didn't receive this form. It's defaulting to "Yes, i received Form 1095-A" and it's causing several peoples returns to be rejected.

The marketplace nor the IRS can fix this. I've been on the phone for hours with both. Will Turbotax be fixing this or are other users finding resolve by filing with another provider?
