Amended returns will not be available in TurboTax till later this tax season. According to the tables at https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/forms/help/irs-forms-availability-table-for-turbotax-individual-pe... , Form 1040X (amended return) will be ready in all versions of TurboTax on 2/24 (subject to change).
