I had the same issue and went to another online tax prep site which cost me less. The issue is with Turbo Tax calculation of line 5, it should come to 133%. The IRS accepted my return within about 5 minutes. I even ended up with more return on my State Tax as Turbo Tax had me owing. Turbo Tax sent a message stating this issue would be fixed by Feb 3rd. I used Turbo Tax in the past with no problems but this year I suspect something is wrong with the system and their price is higher with processing fees.
